We’re proud to announce that we are partnering with charitable foundation Smile For A Lifetime to provide orthodontic treatment to children and young adults in our area who would normally not be able to afford orthodontic care otherwise.
Smile For A Lifetime is a non-profit organization that provides orthodontic care to individuals who may not have the ability to afford treatment. Founded in 2009, Smile For A Lifetime aims to reach individuals with financial challenges, special situations, and orthodontic needs. The foundation sponsors the orthodontic care of hundreds of patients each year. Orthodontic treatment can be life-changing for kids.
As a one-location office with a local owner, we are fully plugged into Fuquay Varina and the surrounding communities. We sponsor and attend community events throughout the year and partner with local schools to fund educational activities, athletic events, and PTAs.
We sponsor children through Compassion International, a non-profit agency providing physical, social, economic, and spiritual support for impoverished children. Our monthly donations help with education, malnutrition, health care, mentorship, and recreational activities. We currently sponsor 4 children in Bolivia: Alan, Eymar, Jhande, and Liz.
Dr. P loves to travel and has been fortunate to participate in international service trips. He has traveled to India and Uganda for short-term service trips. Prior to orthodontic residency, he lived in Peru for 3 months and provided free dental care for the underserved in Cusco. He looks forward to participating in more international trips in the future.
