Charity Brews
One of the most exciting ways we engage with our local community is through our Charity Brews coffee shop. No corporate Starbucks here. Instead, we brew locally roasted Cultivate Coffee. Your cup-of-joe is completely free and you have the option to donate to a featured local charity by cash or credit card. We love spotlighting the people in our community who are doing so much good for the people around them!

As a one-location office with a local owner, we are fully plugged into Fuquay Varina and the surrounding communities. We sponsor and attend community events throughout the year and partner with local schools to fund educational activities, athletic events, and PTAs.

Serving International
Compassion International
We sponsor children through Compassion International, a non-profit agency providing physical, social, economic, and spiritual support for impoverished children. Our monthly donations help with education, malnutrition, health care, mentorship, and recreational activities. We currently sponsor 4 children in Bolivia: Alan, Eymar, Jhande, and Liz.
International Service Trips
Dr. P loves to travel and has been fortunate to participate in international service trips. He has traveled to India and Uganda for short-term service trips. Prior to orthodontic residency, he lived in Peru for 3 months and provided free dental care for the underserved in Cusco. He looks forward to participating in more international trips in the future.
